Jen

Jen is an experienced mental health OT and is committed to supporting people with authenticity and compassion. Working with a focus on a strong therapeutic partnership Jen works with you to focus on what matters to you.


Jen has undertaken additional training in a number of psychotherapeutic approaches (including ACT, CBT and Compassion Focused Therapy) and has strong skills in sensory profiling and assessment to support people with complex needs. 


Jen is skilled in supporting young people and adults with:

  • building skills for daily living (self-care, cooking, life admin, budgeting etc) 
  • learning to tolerate or manage distress or unpleasant thoughts or emotions
  • finding and maintaining meaningful work or study
  • gaining, improving and maintaining supportive personal relationships 
  • dealing with change or big life transitions
